Orders

Most Packages are shipped First Class USPS or USPS Priority which includes a tracking number. This tracking number will be emailed to you after your item is packaged and ready to ship. You can click the tracking number in your email or visit www.USPS.com and enter the tracking info for updated shipping information.

Please allow First Class USPS and Priority Mail Shipment 3-7* days delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3-4 days

*Shipping time occurs after the processing period has ended. Processing time is 24 hours.

We allow order cancellation within 24 hours as long as your item has not been picked up by our shipping carriers. 

If you would like to cancel or change an order please click the CHAT WITH US button and request a cancelation as soon as possible. One of our reps will be glad to help you.

Returns

  • We offer returns on any unopened and unused True Elegance Beauty Supply purchase.
  • Items must be returned with in 14 days of receiving your package.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to True Elegance Beauty Supply unless provided with a return label from a True Elegance Beauty Rep.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for returns to process back to your credit card.

To Start a return please reach out to us via email or instant message with your name and order number and we will provide further assistance.

**Human hair extensions and Jewelry are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. Hair Extensions and Wigs ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.  

Shipping

  • Allow 24 hours Processing Time for standard shipments (First Class USPS) . Allow 72 hours for orders containing specialty services (ie) Closure Prep, Lace Tinting.

Orders will arrive within (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the post office or any other delivery service.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
